The New Brave & Famous Indian Women

The New Age Valorous & Famous Indian Women:
2. Sonia Gandhi: Is she an Indian? No she wasn't but now she is and that is her legitimate claim to the title of 'brave women'. She was Italian belladonna when she married our former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and came to India. After three unfortunate consecutive deaths in the family due to which she lost her husband and mother-in-law she dared to enter politics. Today she controls the back end politics of our government and we crinkle our noses and say 'foreigner'. But imagine coming to a new country, learning the language, adopting their dress code and grasping the political scenario there! That calls for real valour.
4. Barkha Dutt: She is 'women of substance' personified. Easily the most popular journalist on Indian television. Her first claim to fame was her tryst with war in Kargil and that coverage has inspired millions. Teenaged Indian girls grow up with the dream of becoming 'Barkha Dutt' till today. Need we say more about her Columbia University degree or the fact that she is the face of NDTV, the biggest news network in India. We could just take a bow.
When we discuss female power that drives our modern civilisation we cannot miss out these brave Indian women.
