Kishore Kumar (Abhas Kumar Ganguly) is one of the most legendary, expressive, and versatile voices that the world has ever heard. He is an Indian actor, composer, director, and playback singer and is also known for his comic roles in Indian films of the 1950s.
In the course of his career which spanned for four decades, he lent his voice to top screen actors of India. He was born on 4 August 1929 in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, and died on 13 October 1987, in Bombay (then Mumbai).
