Celeb Beauty Routine: Inside Bigg Boss 17 Fame Soniya Bansal’s Everyday Skincare Ritual
"Keep it simple, stay consistent, drink lots of water, and always listen to your skin."
This week in our Celeb Beauty Routine series, we step into the skincare world of actor and Bigg Boss 17 fame Soniya Bansal, who is currently gearing up for her upcoming film The Last Breath, alongside Shiv Thakare.
While the buzz around her next release continues to grow, Bansal's beauty philosophy remains refreshingly simple-no complicated routines, just consistency and care.
Keeping mornings light and fuss-free
For Bansal, mornings aren't about layering endless products; they're about getting the basics right.
"I keep my mornings simple: cleanser, toner, moisturiser, and sunscreen. It helps me stay fresh and ready for the day," she shared.
Her approach reflects a belief many often overlook: skincare doesn't have to be overwhelming to be effective.
Glow begins from within
Bansal places as much importance on what goes inside the body as what goes on the skin.
"I swear by drinking warm water with lemon and using a good vitamin C serum for that natural glow," she said.
But it doesn't stop there. She makes space for small wellness rituals too. "Yes, I try to do a little yoga and meditation, and I always start my day with a detox drink," she added, tying inner balance to outer radiance.
The one step she never skips
Ask her about non-negotiables, and the answer is instant. "Sunscreen is something I never skip, no matter what," she emphasised.
With long hours on set and constant exposure, this one habit anchors her entire routine.
On-the-go essentials for busy days
Given her demanding schedule, Bansal keeps things practical when she's out and about.
"I always carry a lip balm, face mist, and compact for quick touch-ups during long hours," she noted.
It's less about perfection and more about staying fresh through the day.
Nighttime is all about repair
If mornings are minimal, nights are where she slows down and lets her skin recover.
"At night, I make sure to remove all makeup, cleanse properly, and apply a nourishing night cream," she shared.
She also leans into deeper hydration before bed. "I love applying a hydrating serum or facial oil before bed for that overnight glow."
Mixing modern skincare with tradition
Bansal doesn't limit herself to one school of thought when it comes to beauty.
"I like a mix of both, good quality products along with natural remedies whenever possible," she said.
It's a balanced approach-one that blends convenience with time-tested practices.
The takeaway: simplicity wins
Through it all, her philosophy circles back to the basics. No shortcuts, no overcomplication; just consistency. "Keep it simple, stay consistent, drink lots of water, and always listen to your skin," she concluded.
