The split of Ashely Simpson and husband Pete Wentz made them both devastated at first. They were reports that Pete Wentz used to cry for lady love Ashley almost everyday after he finally let go this week.

Sources say that Ashely Simpson who is currently residing with big sister, Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric, is glad that she is out of the marriage because it was only a waste of time for both of them since they did not spend enough time together thus bringing them apart.

The couple, Ashely Simpson and Pete Wentz who share a son together remain close friends so that their 2-year-old son, Bronx will not get affected due to the divorce.

However, sources reveal that Ashely Simpson who is out from her devastating marriage is happier now and feels the want to settle into a separate home. On the other hand, Pete Wentz in no longer wasting his tears on ex wife, Ashely Simpson and son as he was seen with a young brunette recently in Los Angeles, looking happier and contented with life.
