The lawsuit that is to be filed states that Lilo decisively devised a fraudulent plan to dupe a LA boutique of thousands of dollars.
In the words of TMZ, Tough as Nails, a boutique that specialises in expensive clothes, jewellery, and accessories has alleged that the actress shopped between November 2009 and February 2010 for a whopping amount of 17,060.83 dollars.
According to the suit, Lilo convinced the boutique owners that they collect he money from her business manager who just made a payment of 180 dollars!
The suit states that Lindsay "had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance," according to the reports of Fox news.
The owners allege that it was a premeditated fraud by Lindsay and are seeking the balance, 16,880.63 dollars together with the interest and punitive damages.
