Kylie Minogue New Album-'Aphrodite', tops UK charts

Australian Singer Kylie Minogue has emerged topping the UK charts of her album ' Aphrodite' , it has been 22 years, after her first number one and this time taking US rapper Eminem place , whose album ' Recovery' , down to the second place. This record is her 11th studio album featuring dance tracks 'All the lovers ', headed at the number nine of the singles chart.

Madonna's collaborator Stuart Price , executive producer , working with Kylie on the 12-track album . He is also with the songwriters , the Scissor Sisters star Jake Shears , Calvin Harris, Nerina Pallot and Tim Rice- Oxley from the band Keane.

Kylie said that," The single was one of the last tracks to be written for the album. As I was recording it, I knew that All The Lovers had to be the first single - it sums up the euphoria of the album perfectly."

It was said that Minogue number one album 'Kylie! The Album ' , is 22 years to the week when it first entered the UK charts. The geared up Australian Singer who is all so very excited about her album has stated that , “I've been overwhelmed by the reaction to Aphrodite and to hear that the album has gone to number one is the most amazing news. I am ecstatic."
