The reports claim that US celebrities are avoiding plastic surgery but there is one person who still is basking under her plastic self, it's Heidi Montag.

Heidi reveals that she has never felt 'sexier, happier, or more amazing" before. According to her plastic surgery was her best decision.

Her reports on Twitter read, " I love me! And I love life! Every moment counts!!!!!!!!. My last surgery was the BEST decision of my life! Anything else anyone says is a lie!. You will get to know the true me and my real life very soon, under all my plastic ha! ha! Not the Superficial 'me" you read about and watch!!!"

Heidi had a set of friends who were against her cosmetic surgery and the Hill star, made best use of Twitter to lash out at them.

“PS I have no friends, the ones who are pretending to be 'friends" or 'family", are crazy, angry, broke, and bitter this is why they haven't been in my life for years! LIARS," she tweeted.

Heidi loves her Plastic surgery and is very possessive about it. According to Heidi, plastic surgery in no way makes a person artificial. All it does is beautify them.
