Google Maps Street View: Suits The Crooks

A milkman blames google map for a burglary in his garage. He claims that crooks barged into his garage and and stole away expensive goods.

According to him, the burglar spotted the expensive goods on the Google Maps Street View website.

“The garage door was left open, you can clearly see everything in there," said Gordon Rayner, 54.

“They should have blacked that out. It is just an invitation for any criminal to take whatever they like."

After the incident, Gordon has now removed every valuable item from his home.

The launch of Street View had already caused concern from privacy campaigners. The site allows users to see 360 degree images of all the streets and makes it easier for criminals to spot potential victims.
