Cheryl Cole plans to discard her , as she is thinking about the split up with her husband Ashley Cole. She wants to use her maiden name, Tweedy, in a new CD.

Her new CD is supposed to get released in this summer.

Cheryl's husband Ashley had cheated her, being engaged with five other women. So Cheryl wants to move on, as she has decided to divorce her estranged husband, says a source from the music industry.

“This name change is the final thing she feels she has to do before a divorce starts moving forwards. She's numb about the marriage ending but knows she needs to pick herself up. Throwing herself into work is how she"s coping, " added the source.
