Britney Faces Harassment Charges

Britney Spears' body guard, Fernando Flores is filing a lawsuit claiming that he has been sexually harassed by Britney.

He alleges that the singer has exposed herself to him many times and have also abused her children.
According to the suit, Britney made 'repeated unwanted sexual advances' towards him by exposing herself in her home.

He also alleged that while she was shooting for 'Legally Blonde' in a white lace see – through dress she came in front of him and dropped her cigar lighter intentionally and bent down to pick it up. By doing this she exposed her uncovered genitals. The lawsuit says that Flores was shocked and disgusted by this action of hers.

The suit also describes another incident where she called her bodyguard to the room and stood nude in front of him. The suit claims, "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."

According to the suit she have had many sexual acts in front of Flores. She was reportedly having sexual relations in a hotel in the presence of her kids. Suit doesn't say if her kids saw that or not.

Reportedly the suit claims that she had taken Fernando Flores' belt and hit her small child, Preston. Though she knew abut her kid's serious fish allergies, she has fed them crab meat.

It was also found that Fernando Flores had approached L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services but they investigated and closed the issue saying that it's of no merit.
