Tattoo Trend Hot In Pakistan

"In modern culture, it is a fashion and because I am an artist, I want to promote this art in one way or the other that is why I get tattooed here," the Daily Times quoted Wasim Elahi as saying.
While some people prefer old tattoos for a long time, quite a few prefer new tattoos after a duration of time. The modern techniques also involve the laser tattoo removal.
However, the trend has not gone too well with the religious scholars who believe that one cannot offer prayers with pictures tattooed on the body. The experts have also warned against the affect of tattoo on a person's life.
"Since tattoo instruments come in contact with blood and bodily fluids, diseases may transmit if the instruments are used on more than one person without being sterilized," said an official of skin and laser clinic.
"However, infection from single-use needles is rare. In amateur tattoos, the risk of infection is elevated," the official added.
Tattoo making encourages risks of skin infections due to un sterilized equipment that might lead to herpes simplex virus, tetanus, fungal infections, hepatitis, tuberculosis, and even HIV.
