Sushmita Sen Unveils Lord Krishna

Sushmita Sen inaugurated an art exhibition titled "Krishna--Romantic fantasy in peacock forest". The event was a solo show by painter Raghu Vyas.

Sen was dressed in a sensational black outfit at the exhibition that has paintings like "The Divine Saviour", Angels in a Peacock forest and Krishna in the Lotus pond depict the grandeur and love that flows from Krishna (Hindu god).

The various mood of the painting mesmerized Sen and she declared that she was totally connected to them as a human. "I relate to these paintings more as a human being than I do as a woman. I think the ability to reach out creatively through any form of creation in a way that inspires you is one where I connect with it," said Sen.

Artist Raghu Vyas stated that he chose Krishna as his subject because he was the 'complete god' and depicting him on canvas was a passionate and a romantic experience. "Krishna is loved by everyone. Many miniature series are done on Krishna because he (Krishna) is a complete god there is more of romanticism, passion which you will see in these paintings," said Vyas.

The creativity also reflected the artists personal, religious and spiritual encounter with lord Krishna (Hindu god). AGENCIES
