Paris Hilton has all the money in the world, but it was not enough to buy her a puppy she laid her eyes on.

While going to a photo shoot, the socialite dropped into the Puppy Store on Melrose Avenue in LA after deciding that she "wanted a puppy in the picture with her so it would look cuter."

However, a store employee refused to sell a Yorkie pup, feeling that it was clearly "an impulse buy."

This, according to a source, was enough to make the 27-year-old celebutante go "ballistic."

"She started screaming, 'I love my puppies! I want my baby!'" the New York Post quoted the source, as saying.

However, the store did not pay any heed to her claims.

It has also refused to comment on the issue.
