AMRITSAR: Bollywood Star Mandira Bedi was grounded in a thick controversy after she was shown in hot and bold pose on Television with tattoo of Sikh religious symbol on her semi nude back just below the neck. Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) secretary Harbeant Singh expressed his deep concern over the act of actress Mandira Bedi. He said that her act has hurt the sentiments of Sikh community widely.

Harbeant Singh added while tattooing Sikh religious symbol on her back on small screen Mandira Bedi had shown immense disrespect to Sikh religion. Harbeant Singh specified that Mandira Bedi should come out with unconditional apology before the Sikh Community otherwise it would create restlessness among the Sikh masses all over the world. Mandira Bedi a show buzz who always stole the limelight in every small screen program with her mind-boggling dressing has surely called for a problem this time.
