8 Steps To Remove Mud Stains From Clothes

How to remove mud stains from clothes?
1. Don't wipe off the mud stain from the pant when it is wet to avoid smudging the mud further. Put the pant or cloth on a hanger and let the mud stain dry.
2. When the mud has dried on the stained cloth, don't wash it. Use a vacuum cleaner to take out the mud from it. You can also use a soft brush to remove the mud from pant.
3. Add washing detergent in warm water. See the label of the pant before soaking in warm water. Put the pant in warm water and soak for 20 minutes. This makes it easy to remove mud stains from pants easily.
4. After soaking in warm water, wash the pant or cloth with a detergent. See if the stain is gone or not. If the mud stains remain, then wash again.
5. Lemon is used to remove stains from clothes. You can rub a slice of lemon on the mud stain while washing the clothes.
6. Mix baking soda in water and then soak the stained clothes before washing them. Use a detergent while washing to remove dirt and mud stains from the clothes.
7. If the stain is on jeans or denims, apply a detergent or soap after soaking in water. Rub with a soft brush or hands after keeping the soap for 5-10 minutes. This is an easy way to remove dirt or mud stains from clothes especially jeans!
8. Wash the clothes after the stain has lightened. If little stain is left out, use lemon and salt to rub the stained cloth. Wash with water and then with vinegar. Dry the clothes after washing them.
