Of course, our bosses play an important role in our careers because they provide us with advice and assistance. But it is very important to know when one is not!

What Is Gaslighting?
Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation where a person seeks to make their target doubt their own reality or sanity. It is actually a power play that can occur in various relationships, including boss-employee dynamics.
What Are The Signs of Gaslighting?
Constant denial: If your boss habitually denies events or conversations that you clearly remember, this could be a sign of gaslighting. Studies indicate that frequent denial can lead to self-doubt and anxiety among employees.
