Morning anxiety is a widespread phenomenon - it is not just you! Studies indicate that morning anxiety can significantly hinder productivity and overall mental health.

How To Manage Morning Anxiety?
In our country where work pressures are substantial, it is common for individuals to experience anxiety linked to their professional responsibilities. Here are some tips:
1. Practice mindful breathing
Begin your day with deep, mindful breathing exercises. Sit quietly for a few minutes, inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth. This practice can help calm your nervous system.
2. Set a morning routine
Establishing a structured morning routine can provide a sense of stability. Incorporate activities like meditation, deep breathing exercises, or a calming cup of herbal tea into your morning ritual to reduce anxiety.

3. Get some quality sleep
Adequate sleep is fundamental to mental well-being. Make sure you get 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Before bedtime, avoid screens - be it phone, laptop or TV- and create a comfortable sleep environment.
4. Eat a healthy breakfast
Fuel your body with a nutritious breakfast. Avoid excessive caffeine and sugar, as these can worsen anxiety. Opt for whole grains, fruits, and proteins.
