If you are bored of falling sick every now and then or during seasonal changes, you can prepare your own antibacterial tonic at home.
Instead of taking tablets after falling sick, it is better to drink a natural tonic which has anti-fungal, antibacterial, anti-parasitic and even antiviral qualities.
Such a tonic strengthens your immunity and helps your body fight against minor infections. Read on to know more....

Ingredients
You will need 2 tablespoons of grated horseradish, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 2 chilli peppers, a chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 600 ml of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of turmeric.

How To Prepare
First, place all the ingredients (except vinegar) in a vessel and mix them well. Get a jar and transfer all the ingredients into it.
Then add the vinegar to it. Put the lid and shake it well. Leave it in the shelf for 15 days. Strain the liquid after and consume 2 teaspoons a day for 5 days.

Turmeric
It is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic too. Turmeric is the best ingredient that boosts your immune health.

Chilli Pepper
It contains capsaicin. It also has anti-inflammatory agents.

Ginger
Ginger is both antibacterial and anti fungal too. Ginger can fight against many types of microbes including E coli and salmonella.

Garlic
The allicin present in garlic has anti-microbial action. Garlic also comes with many other medicinal properties.

Horse Radish
It has anti-inflammatory properties. It is said to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi.

Onion
Even onion is antibacterial. It contains vitamin C too. It can fight against parasites, viruses and bacteria too.
