2.Increase Acidity:
If you are on intermittent fasting it affects the entire system and leads to stomach acidity. So if you observe this kind of intermittent fasting in order to lose weight then it would not be a healthy option.
3.Can Lead To Low Blood Sugar:
Fasting for a long period of time can affect the glycemic index in the body. When you fail to eat well on time then it can lead to low blood sugar level in the body. This in turn leads to other serious ailments.
