Eat Papayas
You need carotenoids to protect your body against the effects of smoking. Eat Papayas, oranges, peaches, red bell peppers and carrots.

Eat Cruciferous Vegetables
Broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts should be part of your diet. Why? Well, they contain sulforaphane which is a compound that prevents cancer.

Eat Salmon
You need salmon, mackerel and sardines. You need omega 3 fatty acids. Generally, smokers who eat animal fat suffer higher risk of lung cancer. Eat fish instead of meat.

Eat Spinach
