Warning Signs You Are Unhealthy
We have become so busy with our lives that we hardly pause and think about our health. When we get a headache or body pain, we pop a pill and resume our activities. But these small things can signal certain warning signs of serious diseases that are to come knocking at our doors. Hence, one needs to pay attention to certain warning signs that signal that we are unhealthy.
The first warning sign that you are unhealthy is when you start becoming fat. If you are overweight, then it is in fact a serious medical concern as it can signal serious health problems. Eating too much is not the only cause of being overweight.

The health problems associated with being obese are much more serious than the ones we often hear about, like heart problems, hypothyroidism and diabetes. Being overweight affects a person's breathing, mood, joints, sleep and levels of energy.

The colour of your urine can signal health problems that are on the way. Take a look at the colour of your urine before you flush. If it is a transparent or pale yellow urine, there is nothing to worry about. However, if it is of any other colour, like amber or red, it can indicate dehydration or more serious health problems that are on the way.

Being chronically fatigued all the time is also a warning sign that you are unhealthy and serious ailments are on the way. Even after getting adequate sleep, if you find it difficult to stay awake and alert it could be that you are suffering from thyroid problems or you have heart issues or some other serious diseases like cancer.

If you are prone to skin break-outs very often and catch cold and flu at the drop of a hat, it is a sign that you are unhealthy. It is a sign that you have a weak immune system and this can lead to you contracting a number of diseases.

Also if you have chapped lips and bad toe and finger nails, it could signal the deficiency of certain vitamins which can prove to be fatal for the body in the long run.
