- Cucumber pieces - ½ cup
- Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - a few pieces
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
The combination of cucumber, lime juice, ginger and honey has the ability to soothe your stomach and reduce conditions like gas and acidity, which can cause abdominal bloating.
Cucumber can also have a cooling effect on your stomach and relieve heartburn. The mixture of ginger and lime juice can reduce acid reflux by neutralising the acid levels in your stomach.
Honey comes with anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce stomach ache, it also adds a great taste to the health drink.

- Add the suggested quantities of ingredients in a blender.
