Things That Are Wrong With Your Deodorant
Deodorants might make you smell good for several hours. When you go outdoors, when you are working out or even at the end of the day, you sweat and start smelling. This is when deodorants come to your rescue and keep you smelling fresh.
However, there are various adverse effects of using deodorants. Wearing deodorants and antiperspirants not only gives rise to allergic reactions, it might also produce many health threats. New researches have shown that there are several adverse effects of using deodorants.

Using deodorants with aluminium content causes Alzheimer's disease and dementia. In addition, it reduces your thinking and problem solving capacity and affects your ideas and language.
Dangerous substances like parabens and phthalates present in deodorants cause birth defects. Women who are pregnant and are exposed to these substances give birth to children with birth defects. Cell mutation caused due to harmful chemical phthalates create defects in newborns.

Compounds found in deodorants and fragrances cause early puberty in children. These compounds cause cell mutation and affect hormonal equilibrium. Hence, parents must keep kids away from deodorants, colognes and antiperspirants till they turn teenagers.

Breast cancer is among the most dangerous adverse effects of using deodorants. It increases the levels of oestrogen hormones and increases the development of breast tissues which cause breast cancer.
Substances and alcohol present in deodorants cause skin allergies and lead to dry skin. Itchiness and rashes are the typical signs faced by several people when using strong fragranced deodorants. Triclosan, a pesticide compound found in deodorants also makes the axilla darker.

Deodorants cause headaches. Harmful substances present in deodorants cause migraines headaches and aggravate the sinus and cause severe headaches. Deodorants also cause breathing problems and nausea. Certain substances present in deodorants affect our respiratory system and give rise to breathing problems.
