5 Minutes Stress Buster For A Happy Life
With stress enveloping every facet of our lives, it is becoming difficult for the modern day society to stay healthy and enjoy life to its fullest. People have started suffering from various kinds of lifestyle related diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. Unhealthy food habits have also contributed to failing healths worldwide.
We have all forgotten to look after ourselves. There are not enough hours in a day to take care of everything that we have on our plate. But if we do not pause now and think about how to take control of things, we will become a victim and start suffering from physical and mental ailments and there will be no chance of looking back to rectify things.


The first thing to top your list is to exercise. Get your body moving. Start today. Get into the habit of exercising for five minutes daily and then you will see that your body is craving for more. You will feel happy and active throughout the day.


Always be optimistic. No matter what the odds are, you have to believe in the best, only then will the best come to you. It is said that you get things only when you believe in them. So think positive and get on with your goals. Be grateful for what you have currently in your life. Set aside five minutes and focus. You will definitely feel better.

Plan things ahead. Give yourself five minutes to plan out your day. This will keep stress at bay. You will not have to think about unnecessary things and you will be able to focus on things that you have planned for the day.

Last, but not the least, breathe. Choose a quiet place and focus on your breath. Five minutes of this exercise will calm your mind and you will feel stress-free. Try it. It works. After you master this, you can try meditation. It will work wonders for you.
