Cinnamon acts just like a catalyst, hastening other remedies to work faster. It purifies the blood and also can help to combat infections. Fenugreek reduces infections in the lungs. Like fenugreek, coriander is utilized as a spice and has medicinal value.

The chamomile plant is known for its anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used for protection against colds, to fight bacterial infection, to treat depression and anxiety, to treat menstrual cramps, to treat muscle spasms and also to treat irregular sleeping patterns.
