Diarrhea
It is caused due to intestinal infection caused by the bacteria present in food. You must avoid foods made from artificial sweeteners and also sorbitol found in sugarless gum. Also avoid onions, broccoli, and beans. These foods can contribute to more gases and bloating.

Constipation
When you don't eat enough fiber in the diet then you may get constipated. Avoid dairy products, iron supplements and chocolate as well if you have constipation. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits to treat constipation.

Nausea And Vomiting
If you are feeling nauseating then avoid alcohol, coffee, soda drinks, spicy and oily foods. You can have ginger and peppermint tea. Also try some salty crackers and toast will also help.

Sore Throat
If you have sore throat you must avoid hot drinks such as soup and broth. Also avoid acidic juices such as lemon juice, orange juice etc. These drinks can activate the bacteria present in your throat and cause more problem. However, you can eat yogurt and mashed potatoes

Body Aches
It may be a symptom of flu or a cold. You may feel tired and weak including body pain. Avoid dehydrating foods such as coffee, alcohol. You must also avoid salty and dry foods that may tighten your muscles and cause body pain. Eat calcium and magnesium rich foods to ease pain.

Headache
Avoid chocolate, cheese, foods containing Chinese salt (mono sodium glutamate, MSG), soya sauce, artificial sweeteners and red wine.

Runny Nose
A runny or stuffy nose is a very annoying condition. Avoid cold drinks, alcohol and spicy foods especially hot pepper.
