A study has shown that women who used talc powder on their genital areas are at more risk of ovarian cancer as the powder can be retained in ovaries for many years causing inflammation and cancer.

Oat Flour Powder
It is sued to treat scarring from acne or chickenpox. Oat flour helps to remove skin marks. It also relieves skin irritation and itching. Sprinkle oats powder on your skin to treat bug bites and sores.

Cornstarch Powder
It is natural, safe and is not as easily inhaled as talcum powder. Inhalation of talcum powder weakens your immune system. Even if cornstarch powder is inhaled, it is safe and does not cause any health issues.

Chickpea Powder
Now you can make your dry skin moisturised and glowing by mixing chickpea powder with olive oil. It is a safe alternative for talcum powder to treat rashes and dry skin.

Corn Flour
It is obtained from dried maize and is white in colour. It absorbs sweat effectively and also soothes skin rashes and irritation.

Rice Flour
You can use rice flour on your skin by mixing it with yoghurt. It is used to treat pigmentation and wrinkles. Rice flour can be safely sprinkled on skin in dry form to prevent rashes and absorb sweat.

It is light in weight and highly absorbant. It is white in colour and will make your skin soft and smooth.
