Simha Garjanasana or Roaring Pose
Put your palms flat on the ground in between your legs. Cock your head backwards. Inhale deeply through your nose and then exhale through your mouth. While you exhale stick your tongue out so that you can roar like a lion. This tongue exercise helps to stop snoring.
