We often think that eating a healthy diet and following a gym routine are the basic keys to maintain the body. However, there are certain things that we do in every day life which affects our body some or the other way.
We all do some things on a regular basis which adversely affect the body. For example, smoking is one of the bad habits that can wreck havoc with your body. Similarly, skipping meals is another thing that a lot of people do to their body.
It might be interesting to know that there are other things as well which affects your body and is harming it. For example, getting up late is one of the mistakes that a lot of people do. Snoozing the alarm and sleeping for 15-20 minutes more does affect your body. A sleep of less than 6 hours and more than 10 hours welcomes health conditions like obesity, heart diseases and blood pressure, to name a few.

Sleeping A Little More
Do you have the habit of putting your alarm on snooze every morning just to grab 10-15 minutes of more sleep? Then it is one of the bad things that you are doing to your body. Sleeping more than 9-10 hours can lead to chronic diseases like diabetes, obesity and heart diseases.

Gulping Down Glasses of Alcohol
Do you get out of control while drinking during parties and social gatherings? Drinking alcohol is unhealthy especially if consumed in unlimited amounts. Apart from liver and heart problems, alcohol also leads to dehydration and a painful hangover!

Staying Glued To Your Laptop
Studies have shown that working on laptops or computers for more than 12 hours increases the risk of dying soon. So, apart from causing sleeplessness, eye problems, you also tend to decrease your lifespan.

Skipping Meals
Do you skip meals when you are running late for work of college? Then it is one of the worst things that you are doing to your body. Do not skip meals. It leads to weight gain and can also lead to eating disorders.

Smoking
Be it passive or active smoking, this bad habit takes a toll on your health. Even if you smoke occasionally, remember, it never stops at one! Cigarettes can lead to cancer, heart diseases and oral health problems as well.
