Ways To Prevent Digestive Problems
There are a lot of people who suffer from digestive problems ever day. The most common digestive problems are acidity, flatulence, acidity, heartburn, constipation and irritable bowel movements to name a few.
After having a meal, you need to practice a few things that will prevent digestive problems naturally. For example, your sitting posture plays an important role in aiding digestion. There are many people who feel pukish or the food start coming back till your throat. Well, if you lie down immediately after the meal, then it will take more time to digest. Moreover, lying down after a meal also increases fat deposits in the body which leads to weight gain.
Similarly, lying on your stomach will suppress the abdomen which thereby causes acidity. Moreover, having dinner late in the night is another cause of digestive problems. When you eat dinner early before bed, you do not lie down, but indulge in some activities which gives the stomach enough time to break down the food particles. Acidity becomes more prominent when you eat dinner late.
So, here are some of the ways to prevent digestive problems and stay healthy.

FOODS WHICH CREATES GASTRIC PROBLEMS

Early Dinner
Having dinner 3-4 hours before bed is a simple way to prevent digestive problems. Eating late and going to sleep immediately leads to acidity, indigestion, flatulence and weight gain as well.

Focus On Postures
Proper postures helps improve digestion. Ideally, after every meal, you must sit straight for sometime and then lie down. You can even do physical activities like walking.

Try Yoga
If you suffer from stomach problems every other day, then try yoga. There are many yoga asanas which focus on improving digestion and fighting digestive problems like flatulence.

Eat Healthy
Fibre-rich foods like whole grains which not only digest easily but also benefits the healthy bacteria in the stomach which prevents digestive problems at bay.

Have Yogurt
People who often suffer from digestive problems must have yogurt every day. It has healthy probiotics which aids digestion and fights acidity as well. Avoid adding sugar or salt in the yogurt. Prefer having a cup of yogurt with every meal.

Natural Remedies
Having herbs and spices like ginger, fennel seeds and mint focus on improving digestion.

Avoid Gastric Foods
Beans, mushrooms, broccoli, whole grains, asparagus, pears, peaches and apples are few sugar rich foods which the human body can't digest easily and therefore lead to stomach gas. Even fatty food creates stomach gas as the digestion takes time thus making you feel full and bloat. So, avoid gas causing foods.

Add Lemon
Add some lemon juice in dishes and salads. It breaks down the food particles, flushes out toxins, kills bad bacteria in stomach and aids digestion.
