Turkey
Excessive consumption of potassium causes puffiness and dark circles around eyes. High potassium foods like turkey can cause dark circles.

Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes might taste delicious but over consumption of this food can cause beauty problems like under eye dark circles.

Salty Foods
Salty foods are rich in sodium which retains water in the body. This leads to puffy and tired eyes. If you eat too much salt, then it can also cause dark circles.

Chocolates
We all love eating the sweet chocolates that melt in the mouth and also change your mood. However, chocolates are rich in caffeine which can be bad for the skin. Avoid having too much chocolates as it is bad for the oral health as well.
