12 Unhealthy Habits Of Men
For a healthy body and mind, we need to maintain a proper diet. Apart from following a good diet, we also need to maintain proper hygiene. When we look at men, we seldom come across a few of them who have healthy habits.
We all have some or the other unhealthy habits that affects our health. Be it smoking or shaking the leg, these unhealthy habits of both men and women can be really harmful in the long run. Most men have few unhealthy habits that can worsen their health conditions.
If you notice carefully, very few men have the good habit of drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. A majority of men do not drink much water, but have the capacity to drink more beer! There are few men who do not drink water because they are lazy enough to go to the washroom at short intervals! Another common unhealthy habit of men is, they do have proper timings to eat their meals. Loads of work pressure and commitments can make you skip your meal. However, it is an unhealthy habit or rather a practice. Take a look at the points below to know few common unhealthy habits of men.
Unhealthy habits of men:

Smoking
This is one of the most unhealthy and common habits in men. They feel smoking is a way to reduce stress. For them cigarettes are a stress buster for their mental peace!

Not drinking enough water
Men do not drink much water. This can lead to dehydration and constipation.

Improper meal timings
Eating meal when you get free is not a good habit. You must eat on time to allow proper digestion and avoid stomach and digestive problems.

Less urination
Most of the men are too lazy to visit the bathroom. They drink less water because urinating is a heavy load! However, storing the urine to avoid visiting the toilet is unhealthy and can lead to kidney stones.

Not changing underwear
A majority of men have the habit of wearing the same underwear for days. To maintain genital hygiene, you must change your underwear twice a day.

Not removing hair
This is another unhealthy habit of men that can be really unhygienic. Not just women, but men should also remove their unwanted hair. Remove genital hair, clean underarms and shave to maintain hygiene.

Hot shower
A hot shower can be really relaxing. But, men should avoid it as it affects sperm count. Hot water increases the temperature at testes and decreases sperm count.

Not bathing
Most of the men feel lazy to bathe every day. This is one unhealthy habit that not only spoils your hygiene but also increases body heat.

Not cutting toenails
Why men do not like to cut their toenails and keep them clean? It is one of the unhealthy habits that most of the men have!

Sleeping late
Either you work late or watch television, most of the men have the unhealthy or rather the bad habit of sleeping late. They do not feel sleepy before 12 or 1 am! That is why, they feel fatigue the next morning. Sleeping on time is a healthy practice.

Net savvy
Men either watch new videos, engage on social networking sites or check out new bikes and car launches! Give some rest to your eyes and maintain sleep hygiene.

Not visiting the doctor
Men hate hospitals. They keep ignoring small health problems which might increase and worsen health conditions gradually. If you have some health concerns, consult a doctor immediately.
