Having lemonade is not the only home remedy that can provide relief from hangover. You need to eat foods that can help you cure hangover without popping on pills. For example, bread toast is the ideal breakfast for you. This is because alcohol decreases the blood sugar levels in the body which can be balanced by having bread.
You must have Vitamin C rich foods or fruits in your breakfast. Vitamin C helps eradicate hangover and cure it within sometime. So, have orange juice or other citrus fruit juice for breakfast. Even yogurt is a natural cure for hangover. The probiotics in yogurt removes toxins from the body and energises you. Even spices like ginger can help cure hangover naturally.

Lemonade

Yogurt
