Health Effects Of Mobile Phones
The young kids of now belong to the mobile phone generation. You do not have to wait anymore until you finish your school to get your hands on the mobile phone.
It is quite right to say that people these days are glued to their phones. You sleep with your phone. You wake up and check your phone the first thing in the morning instead of wishing a warm 'good morning' to your wife and kids or mom and dad. May be we all should take a breath and look at the health hazards these tech toys can cause.

Higher Cancer Risk
Cellphones can increase the risk of cancer in humans, especially brain tumour. In 2011, the International Agency for Research on Cancer cemented these fears by classifying the radio frequency electromagnetic fields, emitted by mobile phones, as "possibly carcinogenic to humans."
Lower Sperm Count
Studies in the recent years suggest that men who carry phones in their pockets or on the belt are likely to have a lower sperm count and more inactive.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Excessive texting in some cases lead to carpal tunnel syndrome, which is a painful hand condition resulting from a pinched nerve in your wrist.
Higher Risk Of Accidents
Although not a direct health hazard, studies show that usage of cellphones increases the risk of car accidents among people. Texting or talking on the phone has been credited as the cause of road accidents in many cases over the years.
Nomophobia
Nomophobia means anxiety caused when your mobile phone battery drains out or there is no network coverage. A study conducted among students of M.G.M. Medical College, Indore indicated nomophobia to be an emerging problem of the modern era.
Text Neck
Text Neck is back and shoulder pain or headache caused by the strained posture of your body while you are looking down at the screens of your cell phones and texting for a long time. The term was coined by Dr. Dean Fishman, a chiropractor in Florida, US.
