Estrogen Rich Foods For Women
Do you lack romance in your love life? Then you should definitely blame it on stress and estrogen levels. Estrogen is a steroid compound that is most commonly known as the female sex hormone. Beet

Carrot

Cucumber
It is rich in water and has phytoestrogen. As it is summer, make sure this green watery vegetable is included in your diet.

Tofu
Made with soy milk, it is not only low in fats but also contains good amount of phytoestrogen that balances the hormone levels in the body.

Soy milk is rich in estrogen, iron and calcium that are highly required by women.

Soy beans
Soy products like soy beans are also a rich source of estrogen. Include this food in your diet to avoid estrogen imbalance.

Sesame seeds
Sesame and poppy seeds have a high concentration of phytoestrogen especially lignans. Include these tasty seeds in your diet to avoid lack of estrogen.

Flaxseeds
Flaxseeds not only reduces hot flashes but also helps balance estrogen levels in the body. Flaxseeds contain a high amount of lignan (a phytoestrogen).

Lignans, a type of phytoestrogen is found in peanuts. You can munch on this healthy snack to get nutrients and stay full.
