We all have our bad habits, don't we? We sometimes cannot get rid of these bad habits, no matter how hard we try. On one hand, when we are on the route to let go of some of our bad habits, we become aware that few bad habits are good for our health.

Some of the bad habits which most of you have cultivated in your life is sipping on an extra cup of coffee or indulging in lots of chocolates. You tell yourself, that you will stick to only one cup of coffee and will have another one only if you feel stressed. But, there are times when your stress becomes too much to handle that you have more than two and thus this becomes a bad habit. Note - excessive consumption of coffee is bad.
Therefore, here are some of the bad habits that are good for health, take a look at what we have in store for you. You can now flaunt those bad habits, because it turns out not all of them are so bad.

Biting your nails
When we were kids, most of us cultivated this bad habit. But according to research, it says that biting your nails is a good habit. Do you know why? It is believed that the bugs we encounter when we bite our nails can boost our immune system. So, if you make this bad habit regular it exposes one to small amounts of potentially immune-boosting bugs.

Passing wind
I am sure you cannot stand the sight of someone passing wind right in front of you. But then again, you need to let out the gas, so do not feel shy. This bad habit is good for health when you release the gas, it eases pain and bloating in the stomach. If you do not let go off the gas, then your gut will become sensitive and this will lead to regular bloating.

Cracking the knuckles
To some, knuckle cracking is a bad habit and considered as bad manners too. But, this bad habit is good for your health because it helps to make our joints feel more flexible. However, some may say that it weakens the joint, which is not true.

Spitting
Doesn't it annoy you when you see someone spitting? No matter how disgusting this is, it is one of the bad habits which is actually good for your health. Spitting is good because it helps you to breathe easier. When we exercise, our mouth and throat produce more saliva thus we need to get rid of it in order to feel light and breathe better.

Fidgeting
This is one of the worst and bad habits which is actually good for your heath. Some may wonder how! The reason being that when you fidget, you are actually exercising your brain. This is healthy for you as you are alert and it keeps you active constantly.

Over sleeping
In most houses, over sleeping is considered to be a taboo. But, in this case it is healthy. Over sleeping once a week is a bad habit that is good for health as it improves your long term memory.

Breakfast in bed
Some follow the romantic notion of breakfast in bed and on one hand some relate this to be a bad habit. However, this bad habit is good for your health as it aids digestion. However, you should make a note that when you are in bed keep, yourself upright with pillows to prevent indigestion.

Skipping Exercise
Yes, exercising is good for your health, but skipping a day's workout is also good for your health. It is said that missing a day of workout is good as it gives your muscles time to repair themselves and get stronger for the next session.

Belching
This bad habit is impolite. However, if you do not let yourself burp, it will to heartburn and will trigger chest pain as well. Therefore burping is good for your health and one should not suppress it.

Chewing gum
It can be quite annoying when someone is chewing gum and talking to you. This bad habit is good for health as it helps to boost brain power and curb those food cravings.
