4. To treat hypertension, decrease the consumption of cholesterol. Bad cholesterol leads to blockage in the blood veins which can lead to heart attacks.
5. Fiber rich vegetables, folic acid, potassium and vitamins helps treat blood pressure naturally. Have fresh fruits everyday.
6. Garlic reduces the chances of blockage. It thins the blood and improves the blood supply. Therefore, include garlic in the diet to treat high blood pressure naturally.
7. Fish oil is also an effective medicine to treat hypertension.
