1. Gargling with hot tea liquor can gradually cure the infection. The herbs in the liquor rinse the throat and bring down the irritation no time.
2. Taking a teaspoon of fresh ginger and honey every morning (in the empty stomach) is a good remedy for throat infection. Fresh ginger works like an anti viral and anti bacterial medicine.
3. Gargling hot cayenne pepper water (cayenne pepper mixed in water) can bring down the irritation.
4. Just chewing peppercorn and swallowing it juice slowly can recover infection instantly.
5. Sometimes taking bath with very hot water can also reduce the irritating feeling. If the infection is caused due to the cold condition of the body then hot water is the best solution.
6. Sometimes plugging cotton into the ears is also said to treat the throat infection for the reasons not known. We guess that plugging ears would keep the body warm as it stops the cold air circulation.
