Zotrim, the formulation of the plant extracts like Yerba Mate, Guarana and Damiana can cut the calorie intake by an average 17.6 percent over a mealtime.
More than 58 healthy to slightly overweight women participated in the studies conducted. They were given food and requested to eat as much as they wanted at a buffet lunch. It was found that Zotrim could reduce calorie consumption by an average of 132 calories at lunchtime. There was also a decrease by over a quarter in the selection of high fat and sweet items, for those who took Zotrim. The volunteers also finished their meal on average three minutes earlier, indicating an earlier onset of satiety.
Zotrim can also cause a reduced hunger and reduced desire to eat. This can induce a robust acute effect on the calorie intake of a person, which can benefit the weight control. This pill can also be used with out any dietary changes or advices, as it is a herbal product. Zotrim also makes the people better able to resist snacking, control portion sizes and avoid emotional eating.
Zotrim costs around 21.95 pounds for a month''s supply of 180 tablets.
The international research journal Appetite is going to publish more details of this study.
