Lose Weight! For Christmas Is Round The Corner.

An average dieter aims to lose 10lb and in the process one out of ten skip the odd meal. Fourteen per cent buy their party outfit in a size too small thinking they will fit into it by the time the big day arrives. Surprisingly, 21 per cent of women by the new year's eve gain all that they have lost.
Simply cutting out on food doesn't work. The best way to lose weight is to eat sensibly and have three balanced meals a day, particularly breakfast. It is best to eat lesser quantities at regular intervals.
