You can just prepare it once a week and keep it in the refrigerator for daily consumption. You need some ingredients like beetroot and carrots. If your immune system is weak, this is a must-try.

Ingredients
You will need: 3 apples, a lemon, 3 oranges, 500 grams of carrots, a kilo beetroot and 500 grams of honey.

Step #1
Wash the carrots and beet roots thoroughly. Cut them into pieces and juice them up.

Squeeze the lemons and oranges to get their juice. Keep the juice in a jug.

Step #3
Cut the apples into small pieces and juice them up. Keep the juice in a different jug.

Now, blend all of the above in a blender. Move the mixture into a glass jar and and put it in your fridge.

Step #5
Daily morning, consume a glass of it after waking up. After 10 days, you will feel better as your energy levels and immunity get a boost.
