Love meat but scared of the fats added to it? Then, a couple of smoked sausages will do all good. Since it is a weekend and you are allowed to indulge a bit, you can treat yourself with some meat. Stick the sausages into stakes and grill them for 3-5 minutes in the microwave. You need not grease them with oil or butter to keep the fats away. The outer layer of sausages will secrete fats on its own when it is grilled. You can enjoy this healthy breakfast idea which will be done in a matter of minutes. Team it up with some salads and bread; it will become a wholesome meal.
