Protein Rich Food – Eggs, fish, milk, lean meat, soya, nuts, beans, tofu, yogurt and beans are the main diet foods for great hair. The amino acids in these natural food supplements repair hair growth and the central component of the strands. The fatty acids in the protein rich foods bring shine and strength to hair.
Vitamin Rich Food – Vitamin B6 is a much needed nutrient for hair growth. The folate, biotin and inositol boost growth and enrich the lifeless hair.
