It is not only the amount of fat that affects heart, the type of fat also matters. Bad fat increases cholesterol that cause heart diseases like blockage in the arteries and veins resulting in attack and various cardiac problems.
Some fats are also good, they work totally vice versa to bad fats. Good fats protect heart and take a good care of the cardio system. Omega 3 fats are the most important supplements that are required for maintaining physical health and emotional well being.
Bad fats are saturated fats and trans fats as they increase the levels of cholesterol in the body. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are healthy fats as they bring down cholesterol in the body and reduce the risk of heart diseases.
Eating a mix of fats with the amount also adds to the heart diet and healthy lifestyle. The best heart healthy ways is eat more of soluble fat avoid that deposits as cholesterol in the body.
