Ingredients:
- Ginger root, peeled and sliced
- 1 spoon sea salt
- 1 spoon turmeric
- Lemon Juice

Instructions:
Put ginger in water and soak it for 15 minutes. Scrape the skin off with a spoon. Add the lemon juice and make sure it covers the ginger completely. Next, add turmeric and sea salt to it and wait until they are all dissolved.
Then, close it in an air-tight container. This is one of the best natural remedies for arthritis that also lowers cholesterol levels.

Point To Be Noted:
You must leave it to ferment at room temperature for two weeks. In order to enjoy the benefits of lacto-fermentation, you should not cook it.
Now let's take a look at how to prepare this remedy using a ginger bug.

Ingredients:
- 2 spoons ginger root
- 2 spoons sugar
- ½ cup filtered water
- 1 gallon size jar

Instructions:
Add sugar to water which is at room temperature. Then add the other ingredients and cover it with a cloth. Then, secure it with a rubber band.

Point To Be Noted:
You must keep adding the ingredients listed above every 24 hours once. You also must not remove anything. Stir it occasionally to make sure it is aerated. After sometime, you'll notice bubbling. It is one of the best natural remedies for cholesterol and arthritis.

Method Of Consumption:
Before consumption, you must make sure nothing is growing inside the container. Within a week, ginger bug will be ready. You can add it to a glass of water and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning.
