For this drink, you will just need to scout around your kitchen cabinet and get a few natural ingredients like pineapple, kale leaves, ginger, cucumber, celery and lemon.

The primary ingredient of this drink, pineapple, is packed with an enzyme, namely bromelain, which is an incredibly potent natural pain reliever.
Other ingredients in this drink like kale, cucumber and celery are loaded with anti-inflammatory agents, which play a key role in easing the pain.

Ginger and lemon too are replete with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that relax the brain cells and reduce the throbbing pain to a great extent.

Ingredients:

½ ripe pineapple
4-5 fresh kale leaves
½ inch of ginger root
½ cucumber
½ stick of celery
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Method Of Preparation:
- Peel off the pineapple, ginger root and cucumber.
- Finely chop them into small pieces.
- Blend all the ingredients together in a juicer.
- Use a strainer to get rid of the roots.
- Drink it fresh.
