When you sit for long and keep working continuously your back gets stressed. The lower portion of your body, especially around the hips and the muscles gets tightened up. Your back forms the support for all your movements, so when this back portion gets stressed, your standing as well as walking gets affected.
If not taken care of on time, the pain might aggravate, cripple you down and impair your movement as well.

Well, most of us resort to painkillers to get rid of back pain, but this provides just temporary relief. Again after a few days the pain is back.
Hence, the best way out is to improve the posture. For this, one exercise which helps is explained here. Take a look at this step-wise procedure to perform the exercise.
#1. Choose a little open area in your house close to the wall or some couch.

#2. Place a soft cloth or cushion on the floor.

#3. Using this as a support place one of your knees bent onto that cloth placed on the floor.

#4. Slowly take that foot up in bent position with the front side pressed against the wall.

#5. Gently stretch and pull the upper portion of the body towards the wall so that the head touches the wall.

#6. You should feel the stretch in your thighs.

#7. Do this once to twice a day everyday and you will find the difference.
