When you eat out most of the time and indulge in junk or fast foods, it can lead to an upset tummy. Foods such as vegetable skins and chowmein have added preservatives that can bloat your tummy, leading to loose stools.
Upset tummy foods are those that contain a lot of Indian spices. The spices react with the acids present in the stomach, leading to an upset tummy.
Believe it or not, green tea too can give you a massive upset tummy because of the irritants present in it. However, a regular intake of green tea doesn't pose much risk.

Vegetable Skins
We always thought that potato skins were good to consume. But, when you don't peel the skin on the aloo, the sand still remains on the skin. These peels when consumed will give you a severe stomach upset. Therefore, it is best to peel the skin and then consume the vegetable.

Green Tea
Yes, green tea is one of the foods that cause an upset tummy. However, green tea has properties to help you lose weight and boost immunity. A small portion of the green tea has irritants that can cause an upset tummy.

Grapes
Grapes are high in fructose, which is a natural sugar. It can often cause gas. The gas formation can lead to an upset tummy.

Energy Bars
Glycerin and maltitol syrup are present in most of the energy bars. It can cause bloating, gas formation and diarrhoea. Hence, consuming too much of these healthy bars instead of a regular meal can cause an upset tummy.

Aerated Drinks
Most of the aerated drinks available in the market contain carbon dioxide gas, which bloats the stomach. It is also bad for your teeth. This is why experts advise you to stay away from aerated drinks and instead, switch to fruit juices.

Too much of dairy products is not good for the human body. Consuming milk, eggs and cheese on a daily basis will make you feel nauseous. In turn, it can lead to diarrhoea.

Artificial Sweeteners
Artificial sweeteners contain compounds that are difficult for the body to break it down. Hence, it leads to a lot of side effects, including a bloated tummy, followed by diarrhoea.

Chowmein
Fast foods such as chowmein contains a lot of spices and other unwanted ingredients. Hence, it is a bad food for your tummy.
