Foods To Reduce Body Pain
Chronic Pain is now observed in 2 out of every 5 individuals. Either they suffer with back pain, joint pain or muscle sprains. This is due to lack of proper exercise and a bad lifestyle. One must regularly exercise, avoid unhealthy postures and eat healthy.
Healthy eating not only reduces the chances of suffering from chronic pain, but also reduces the pain that you are already suffering with. There are many such foods that are proven to reduce body pain of every kind. A daily dose of these foods help in relieving pain and stress.
A list of 10 such foods is as given below:

Cherries
The small and tiny red fruit are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory enzymes that help in reducing joint pains and pain due to arthritis. A daily dosage of 45 cherries is considered to reduce these pains.

Ginger
Ginger is an excellent replacement of an aspirin tablet. It does the same work of reducing head aches and migraine pains like that of an aspirin. It can be easily included in your diet. It is beneficial to include small quantities of ginger in your meal everyday.

Sea Foods
Sea foods especially fishes high in omega 3 are pain relieving and anti-inflammatory. The omega 3 helps in increasing blood flow in the body which in turn reduces the pain. Also, fish oil is considered to be good for cardiovascular problems. Including fish in your diet or having fish oil tablets can be useful to reduce any type of chronic pain.

Turmeric
Turmeric can protect the body from tissue destruction and joint inflammation and also preserve good nerve cell function. Whenever one has a muscle sprain or any injury, turmeric is applied externally to reduce the pain and inflammation.

Coffee
Coffee contains antioxidants even more than that of a cup of cherries. Hence, they are very good pain relievers. Coffee is largely used when one has chronic head pains or migraine issues. A cup of coffee for a hangover or migraine is a perfect medicine.

Yogurt
In case of stomach related pain during indigestion or acidity, yogurt is considered as a good ailment. This can be either included in the diet or can eaten any time as per your convenience.

Mint
Chewing peppermint does not only help you keep your breath fresh, but it also helps in reducing muscle spasms and irritable bowel syndromes. Mint oil is also helpful in reducing head pains. Mint can be also called as a herbal aspirin.

Hot Peppers
These not only make your eyes water, but also help in fighting pain. Hot pepper can be very useful for arthritis pain. A daily dosage in considerable amounts is very beneficial.

Green Tea
Green tea is generally used for reducing weight, but it also has anti-inflammatory properties that help in reducing swellings. A cup of green tea everyday has a lot of benefits.

Olive Oil
The staple oil of Mediterranean is very useful in reducing pains and swellings. Using olive oil for cooking is very useful and healthy.
