A Summer Diet For Painful Periods

Periods Summer Diet Tips (Menstrual Periods Diet) -
Periods Summer Diet Breakfast – A healthy juice (like raw mango juice or papaya juice) with a nutritious vegetarian or non vegetarian sandwich (like fiber rich vegetables, green leafy vegetables and red meat) or oats with hot milk and a fresh fruit or fruit salad (Banana or citrus fruits for digestion) are best for a morning breakfast on such days (avoid coffee, tobacco).
Periods Summer Diet Lunch – A small cup of plain boiled rice, a chapathi with boiled non spicy vegetables (for nutrition and energy) and fresh sugar cane juice (consumption of sugar reduces pain) can help in reducing pain and as well as gives good energy.
Periods Summer Diet Dinner – 2 chapathis with dal (non spicy), curd rice or (milk, sugar, barley) combination with butter milk (for digestion) is best for health during periods (avoid alcoholic drinks).
